Sartù di Riso

Sartù di Riso

Named for the French "surtout," or table centerpiece, sartù di riso is a Campania classic built for the dinner table. Molded Arborio rice encases Neapolitan ragù, small meatballs, peas, and cheese, then bakes into a golden showpiece.
