Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 4 drops optional stevia drops

Instructions

  1. 1Chill two tall glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes so the finished shake stays frosty longer.
  2. 2Add the cold brew coffee, almond milk, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
  3. 3Scoop in the vanilla whey protein powder and peanut butter powder.
  4. 4If you prefer extra sweetness, add the stevia drops now.
  5. 5Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth, thick, and frothy with no powder pockets remaining.
  6. 6Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed, then blend another 10 seconds for maximum creaminess.
  7. 7Pour evenly into the chilled glasses. The texture should be milkshake-thick yet drinkable through a wide straw.
  8. 8Serve immediately while ice-cold; swirl once more with a spoon if any foam settles. Perfect grab-and-go muscle breakfast.
