Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups red or black seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 3 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of flaky salt

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the grapes and pat them completely dry. Halve most of them so their juices mingle with the yogurt; leave a handful whole for juicy bursts.
  2. 2In a small bowl stir the Greek yogurt with the honey, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth and lightly sweetened. Taste and adjust honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  3. 3Choose two clear glasses or jars. Spoon a generous layer of the honeyed yogurt into the bottom of each.
  4. 4Scatter a layer of halved grapes over the yogurt, then sprinkle a spoonful of granola and a few almond slices.
  5. 5Repeat the layers once more: yogurt, grapes, granola, and almonds, finishing with a final dollop of yogurt on top.
  6. 6Arrange the remaining whole grapes and a couple of mint leaves on the very top for color. Finish with the tiniest pinch of flaky salt to make the fruit pop.
  7. 7Serve right away for maximum crunch, or cover and chill up to 4 hours if packing for a grab-and-go morning; add the final granola just before eating so it stays crisp.
  8. 8The contrast of cool tangy yogurt, juicy grapes, and crunchy granola makes this feel like a café brunch in minutes.
