
Hot Dog with All the Fixings
Born from American ballpark and backyard tradition, a hot dog with all the fixings celebrates the grilled all-beef frank piled high. A soft bun, tangy mustard and relish, and a dusting of celery salt turn lunch into pure cookout cheer.

Ingredients
- 4 all-beef hot dog franks
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 tbsp yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1 medium, diced ripe tomato
- 8 slices sport peppers or pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- 2Prep all toppings: finely chop the white onion, dice the tomato, and slice the sport peppers if not pre-sliced.
- 3Place the 4 all-beef franks on the hot grill.
- 4Grill franks for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and heated through.
- 5While franks grill, lightly toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 30–45 seconds per side if desired.
- 6Remove franks and buns from grill.
- 7Place one grilled frank in each toasted bun.
- 8Squeeze yellow mustard in a stripe down one side of each frank.
- 9Add ketchup in a stripe down the other side.
- 10Spoon sweet pickle relish over the center of each hot dog.
- 11Top with a generous sprinkle of chopped white onion and diced tomato.
- 12Add sport peppers or pickled jalapeños to each.
- 13Finish with a light sprinkle of celery salt over the toppings.
- 14Serve immediately while hot.
