Arrosticini Abruzzesi

Born among Abruzzo’s shepherd hills, arrosticini are little lamb skewers meant for sharing by the fire. Pure cubes of leg or shoulder are packed tight on wooden sticks, grilled over hot coals until charred, then finished with a bold shower of salt and crusty bread.
