  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1Heat clarified butter in a large heavy pot over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels, cover, and shake occasionally until popping slows. Transfer popped corn to a large bowl.
  2. 2In a small dry skillet toast ground coffee over medium heat for 2 minutes until fragrant. Mix toasted coffee with sugar, cardamom, and salt.
  3. 3Warm honey in a small saucepan until loose and pourable. Drizzle warm honey over the popcorn while tossing to coat evenly.
