Toasted Quinoa Porridge with Honey and Berries

Toasted quinoa simmers into a creamy porridge with honey, bright berries, and a dusting of cinnamon. It echoes highland staples in Barefoot on the Frozen Harvest, when frost on the puna turned an ayllu’s crop into stores an empire could march on.
