Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows

Ingredients

• 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Mix sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, egg, cinnamon, and salt.
2. 2Spread in a greased dish and bake 20 minutes.
3. 3Top with marshmallows; bake 8–10 minutes more until puffed and golden.
4. 4Serve warm as a side.
