Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Brown beef; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables, soy sauce, water, and one seasoning packet.
  2. 2Break raw ramen into a greased dish; pour beef mixture over. Crumble remaining noodles on top if desired.
  3. 3Bake covered 25 minutes until noodles are tender.
  4. 4Garnish with green onions.
