American Goulash Casserole
American goulash shares little with Hungary's paprika stew—it's a Midwestern weeknight classic of ground beef, elbow macaroni, and tomatoes. This casserole version simmers the pasta right in the sauce, then bakes under a blanket of cheddar for easy comfort.
