  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain ricePantry
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken brothPantry
  • 1 cup salsaPantry

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Stir rice, broth, salsa, beans, corn, and half the seasoning in a 9x13-inch dish.

  3. 3Bake 45–50 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is 165°F. Top with cheese; bake uncovered 5–10 minutes.
