Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1Line a rimmed half-sheet pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the long sides for easy lifting later. Set the pan aside while you prepare the base.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt and honey together until the mixture is smooth, thick, and evenly sweetened with no streaks of honey remaining.
  3. 3Spread the sweetened yogurt in an even layer across the prepared sheet pan, aiming for roughly 1/4-inch thickness so the bars freeze solid and slice cleanly.
  4. 4Scatter the frozen mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer, gently pressing a few into the surface so they stay put when frozen. Sprinkle the rolled oats across the top for texture.
  5. 5Melt the dark chocolate chips in short microwave bursts, stirring between each, until fully smooth and pourable. Drizzle the melted chocolate in thin ribbons over the entire surface.
  6. 6Transfer the sheet pan to the freezer and freeze uncovered for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is rock-solid and the chocolate has hardened completely.
  7. 7Lift the frozen slab out using the parchment overhang and place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife warmed under hot water, cut into 8 neat rectangular bars.
  8. 8Serve immediately as ice-cold bars, or wrap individually and return to the freezer for grab-and-go meal-prep desserts throughout the week.
