Ingredients

  • 6 fruit roll-ups or fruit leather strips
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1Line a small quarter-sheet pan or 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting later.
  2. 2Lay the fruit roll-ups flat across the bottom of the pan, slightly overlapping edges so they form a continuous colorful base.
  3. 3In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt and honey together until smooth and lightly sweetened.
  4. 4Scatter the frozen berries evenly over the fruit-roll base so they stay cold and create juicy pockets.
  5. 5Pour the yogurt mixture over the berries and gently spread it into an even layer that covers everything.
  6. 6Sprinkle mini chocolate chips across the top for little melty bites once frozen.
  7. 7Freeze the pan uncovered for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is solid enough to slice cleanly.
  8. 8Lift the slab out using the parchment, place on a cutting board, and cut into six neat bars with a sharp knife wiped clean between cuts.
  9. 9Serve immediately or wrap individually and keep frozen for grab-and-go treats; let sit 1 minute at room temperature for best texture.
