Ingredients
- 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- 1Line a small rimmed baking sheet or quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting later.
- 2In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and evenly sweetened.
- 3Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared pan in an even layer about 1/4-inch thick using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
- 4Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt, gently pressing larger pieces so they adhere.
- 5Sprinkle the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate across the surface.
- 6Freeze uncovered until completely solid, at least 3 hours or overnight.
- 7Lift the parchment out of the pan and place the bark on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to break or cut into irregular shards and pieces.
- 8Store pieces in a freezer bag or airtight container with parchment between layers up to 2 weeks. Eat straight from the freezer for a crisp, refreshing high-protein frozen treat.
