Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1Line a small rimmed baking sheet or quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting later.
  2. 2In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  3. 3Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared pan in an even layer about 1/4-inch thick using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. 4Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt, gently pressing larger pieces so they adhere.
  5. 5Sprinkle the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate across the surface.
  6. 6Freeze uncovered until completely solid, at least 3 hours or overnight.
  7. 7Lift the parchment out of the pan and place the bark on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to break or cut into irregular shards and pieces.
  8. 8Store pieces in a freezer bag or airtight container with parchment between layers up to 2 weeks. Eat straight from the freezer for a crisp, refreshing high-protein frozen treat.
