Ingredients

  • 2 (100 g each) frozen unsweetened acai puree packets
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 large frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup plus more if needed unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. 1Run the sealed acai packets under warm water for 10 seconds to loosen, then break into chunks and add to a high-speed blender.
  2. 2Add the frozen mango, frozen banana, coconut milk, and honey. Blend on high 45–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides once, until thick, creamy, and spoonable like soft-serve; add milk at a time only if the blades stall.
  3. 3Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. The mixture should hold peaks and not be pourable.
  4. 4Divide the thick smoothie between two shallow bowls, using the back of a spoon to create a smooth surface with a slight well in the center.
  5. 5Artfully arrange pineapple chunks and strawberry slices over half of each bowl. Sprinkle granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and lime zest over the remaining half.
  6. 6Serve immediately with a spoon so the toppings stay crunchy against the frosty base. Eat within 10 minutes before it melts.
