Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh red or green seedless grapes
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 8 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch pinch flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the grapes under cool water and pat them completely dry with a clean towel so they stay crisp.
  2. 2Halve most of the grapes and leave a handful whole for texture contrast in the finished bowls.
  3. 3In a small bowl, stir the honey together with the lemon juice and lemon zest until the honey loosens into a bright drizzle.
  4. 4Spoon the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls and swirl a shallow well in the center of each portion.
  5. 5Arrange the halved and whole grapes over and the yogurt so the fruit sits proudly on top rather than sinking in.
  6. 6Drizzle the honey-lemon mixture evenly over the grapes and yogurt.
  7. 7Scatter the toasted almonds and chia seeds across both bowls.
  8. 8Tear the mint leaves by hand and sprinkle them over the top along with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
  9. 9Serve immediately while the grapes are still cold and juicy so the yogurt stays thick and the nuts stay crunchy.
