Ingredients
- 3 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 2 cups juicy red and green grapes, halved
- 1 cup granola clusters
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp pinch of flaky sea salt
- 1/2 cup extra grapes for garnish
Instructions
- 1Rinse the grapes thoroughly, then halve them so their juices mingle with the yogurt and create little bursts of sweetness in every spoonful.
- 2In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with the lemon zest, half the honey, and flaky salt until smooth and lightly fragrant.
- 3Set out four wide bowls or clear glasses so the colorful layers show for a shareable weekend table.
- 4Spoon a generous base of the lemony yogurt into each bowl, smoothing the surface lightly with the back of a spoon.
- 5Scatter a layer of halved grapes over the yogurt, pressing a few gently so they nestle in.
- 6Add granola clusters and a sprinkle of chia seeds for crunch and staying power.
- 7Repeat with another spoonful of yogurt, more grapes, and the remaining granola so you build tall, Instagram-ready layers.
- 8Drizzle the remaining honey over the tops in thin ribbons.
- 9Finish each bowl with toasted sliced almonds, torn fresh mint, and a few whole extra grapes for color.
- 10Serve immediately while the granola is still crisp, or chill the assembled bowls up to 20 minutes if you need to set the table first.
- 11Encourage guests to dig straight down so every bite mixes creamy yogurt, juicy grapes, and crunchy toppings.
