Ingredients
- 2 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups red or black seedless grapes, halved
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts or almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom or cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granola clusters (optional crunch)
Instructions
- 1Halve the grapes and place them in a small bowl; drizzle with a teaspoon of honey and the lemon zest so their natural sweetness brightens.
- 2Spoon the Greek yogurt into two wide shallow bowls, swirling it into a soft nest with the back of the spoon.
- 3Arrange the dressed grapes generously over the yogurt so every spoonful will catch fruit.
- 4Scatter the toasted nuts and optional granola clusters and over the grapes for crunch.
- 5Drizzle the remaining honey and the olive oil in thin ribbons across the top so the fats and sweetness mingle.
- 6Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, the torn mint leaves, and a light dusting of cardamom or cinnamon.
- 7Taste a grape with a bit of yogurt and salt—the salt and acid should make the fruit pop like a farmers-market snack.
- 8Serve immediately while the grapes are still cool and the mint is fragrant; no cooking required.
- 9If packing for later, keep the grapes and toppings separate and assemble just before eating so nothing gets soggy.
