Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 carrots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 green onions
Instructions
- 1Slice carrots into thin coins. Mince garlic and slice green onions (whites and greens separated).
- 2Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook 5-6 minutes, breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- 3Push beef to one side. Add broccoli, carrots, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry 4 minutes until vegetables brighten.
- 4Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 5Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onion greens, and serve immediately.
