Beef-jerky grain bowl with dried berries and warm broth drizzle

Pounded beef jerky warms through barley with browned onion, dried blueberries, and a rich broth drizzle. The bowl nods to Grease Cakes on the Portage, where Métis women skimmed fat and dried bison before freeze-up on the fur-trade trails.
