Garlic-Onion Fava Stew with Dill and Flatbread

Garlic-Onion Fava Stew with Dill and Flatbread

Slow-simmered fava beans thicken with garlic, onion, and leek, finished with fresh dill and sesame oil beside warm emmer flatbread. It echoes Emmer Molds Before Sunrise, when alliums kept Old Kingdom crews moving in the workers' town south of Giza.
