Honey-Sweet Farmer Cheese with Plums
Cool farmer cheese folded with honey, crowned by ripe plum wedges and butter-toasted rye crumbs scented with caraway and cinnamon. It echoes the evening-fire comforts of Cauldron on the Cattle Road, when Hortobágy herdsmen halted the grey cattle toward Vienna.
