  • 2 lb yellow squash, slicedProduce
  • 1 onion, choppedProduce
  • 2 eggsDairy

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Boil or steam squash and onion until tender; drain well and mash lightly.
  2. 2Stir in eggs, mayo, cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread in a greased dish.
  3. 3Mix crackers with melted butter and remaining cheese; sprinkle on top.
