Shrimp and Grits Casserole

Shrimp and Grits Casserole

Shrimp and grits traces its roots to the Lowcountry of the Carolina coast, where stone-ground grits met the day's catch. This casserole bakes creamy cheddar grits with Creole-spiced shrimp and crisp bacon for an easy, shareable take on the classic.
