- 3 cups cooked chicken, shreddedMeat

Instructions
- 1Heat oven to 350°F. Sauté onion and pepper until soft.
- 2Mix soups, tomatoes with chiles, broth, chili powder, cumin, and sautéed vegetables.
- 3Layer tortilla strips, chicken, sauce, and cheese in a 9x13-inch dish; repeat layers ending with cheese.
- 4Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and edges brown. Rest 10 minutes.
