Instructions
- 1Heat oven to 325°F. Brown bacon, sausage, and chicken; set meats aside. Soften onion, carrot, and garlic.
- 2Combine beans, tomatoes, broth, herbs, and meats in a Dutch oven or deep casserole.
- 3Top with breadcrumbs; bake uncovered 1–1 1/2 hours, breaking crust once or twice, until thick and golden.
- 4Rest 10 minutes; remove bay leaf.
