By using PlatePilot (the app or this website) you agree to these terms.
The service
PlatePilot provides meal planning, shopping tools, and AI-assisted cooking features. Recipes, prices, store availability, and nutrition estimates are for informational purposes only—not medical, dietary, or financial advice.
Your account
We identify you with name and email (no password) and may store a ZIP code for regional produce features. You may delete your account anytime in the app under Profile → Delete Account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt systems, scrape or overload our APIs, or use AI features to generate unlawful content.
Intellectual property
PlatePilot branding, app design, and software are owned by PlatePilot. User-created lists and notes remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service (including AI features you choose to run).
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on recipes, AI suggestions, deals, or shopping guidance.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
