Runza / Bierock

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb bread dough
• 1 lb ground beef
• 4 cups cabbage, shredded
• 1 onion
• to taste salt, pepper, garlic powder
• for brushing butter

Instructions

1. 1Cook beef with onion and cabbage until soft; season; cool.
2. 2Enclose filling in dough rectangles; seal.
3. 3Bake until golden; brush with butter.
