Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup shelled roasted pistachios
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils optional garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Spoon the Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl and whisk briefly until it looks silky and lump-free.
  2. 2Drizzle in most of the honey and add the orange zest plus ground cardamom, folding gently so the yogurt stays thick.
  3. 3Taste and adjust honey if you prefer more sweetness; the mixture should taste bright and lightly floral.
  4. 4Roughly chop the pistachios, leaving some larger pieces for texture and crunch.
  5. 5Divide the honeyed yogurt among four serving bowls or meal-prep jars.
  6. 6Scatter the chopped pistachios generously over each portion so every spoonful gets nutty bites.
  7. 7Finish with a final light drizzle of the remaining honey and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt to heighten the flavors.
  8. 8If using, sprinkle a few pomegranate arils on top for color and juicy pop.
  9. 9Chill for ten minutes if you want the yogurt colder, or serve immediately.
  10. 10These jars hold well in the fridge for three days, making them ideal high-protein dessert prep.
