Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- 1In a large mixing bowl whisk the protein powder and cocoa powder into the almond milk until completely smooth and free of dry pockets.
- 2Stir in the oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until everything is evenly distributed and the mixture looks thick and chocolatey.
- 3Fold in half of the dark chocolate chips so they are scattered throughout without sinking to the bottom.
- 4Divide the mixture evenly among four meal-prep jars or containers, tapping gently to remove air pockets.
- 5Top each jar with the remaining chocolate chips and a portion of the raspberries, pressing the fruit lightly into the surface.
- 6Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight so the oats soften and the chia gels into a pudding-like texture.
- 7In the morning give each jar a quick stir; if the mixture is too thick, loosen with a splash of extra almond milk.
- 8Enjoy chilled straight from the jar as a high-protein dessert or sweet breakfast that already hits muscle-building macros.
- 9The jars keep well for up to four days, making them ideal for weekly dessert meal prep.
- 10For extra decadence warm one jar briefly in the microwave and top with an extra spoon of yogurt before serving.
