Ingredients
- 2 (100 g each) frozen unsweetened açaí packets
- 1 1/2 cups frozen banana slices
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2/3 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1Run the frozen açaí packets under warm water for 10 seconds to loosen, then break them into chunks directly into a high-speed blender.
- 2Add the frozen banana slices, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides every 15–20 seconds.
- 3If the mixture is too thick to blend, add the remaining almond milk one at a time until it moves freely but stays spoonable and ice-cream thick—about 45–60 seconds total blending.
- 4Taste and add a drizzle more honey if you prefer it sweeter. The texture should hold peaks when you lift the blender blade.
- 5Divide the thick smoothie base evenly between two wide, shallow bowls, using a spatula to create a smooth surface or gentle swirl.
- 6Immediately top each bowl with half the granola down the center, then arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries in neat rows or clusters.
- 7Sprinkle the sliced almonds, chia seeds, and coconut flakes over the fruit so every bite has crunch.
- 8Serve right away with a spoon while still frozen-cold; the toppings stay crisp against the thick base for the best contrast.
