Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops (about 50 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Add the frozen peach slices, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, and cinnamon to a high-speed blender.
  2. 2Blend on high, stopping once to scrape down the sides, until the mixture is ultra-thick and spoonable like soft-serve, about 45–60 seconds. Add a splash more almond milk only if the blades stall.
  3. 3Taste and adjust sweetness with a drizzle of honey if needed, then blend once more for 5 seconds.
  4. 4Divide the thick smoothie base between two shallow bowls and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
  5. 5Thinly slice the fresh peach and arrange the slices over each bowl.
  6. 6Sprinkle sliced almonds and chia seeds evenly across the surface for crunch and staying power.
  7. 7Finish with a light drizzle of honey and an extra dusting of cinnamon if desired.
  8. 8Serve immediately with a spoon; the thick base keeps toppings from sinking and delivers steady protein through a busy school morning.
