Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops (about 60 g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. 1Set out four meal-prep jars or lidded containers so the oats can chill evenly overnight.
  2. 2Divide the rolled oats and chia seeds equally among the jars, tapping the bottoms so the dry base sits flat.
  3. 3Whisk the whey protein powder into the almond milk in a large measuring cup until completely smooth and no clumps remain.
  4. 4Stir the Greek yogurt into the protein milk mixture until creamy, then taste and add a drizzle of honey only if you want extra sweetness.
  5. 5Pour the liquid evenly over the oats in each jar, using a spoon to press any floating oats under the surface so they hydrate fully.
  6. 6Top each jar with a generous handful of mixed berries, pressing a few down into the liquid so the fruit flavors the oats.
  7. 7Seal the jars and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until the oats are soft, thick, and spoonable.
  8. 8In the morning give each jar a quick stir from the bottom up; add a splash more milk if the texture is thicker than you like.
  9. 9Eat cold straight from the jar or warm gently in the microwave for 45 seconds if you prefer a cozy bowl, keeping the berries bright on top.
