Ingredients

  • 4 large whole-wheat tortillas or lavash
  • 12 oz sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, halved if large
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 2 cups baby arugula or spinach
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl stir together whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth and spreadable. Taste and add a touch more honey if you want extra brightness.
  2. 2Lay the four tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Spread each with a generous 2–berry-friendly cream cheese mixture, going almost to the edges.
  3. 3Layer turkey slices evenly down the center of each tortilla, slightly overlapping so every bite has protein.
  4. 4Scatter diced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries over the turkey, distributing them so no single berry dominates one spot.
  5. 5Top with arugula or spinach, a few cucumber slices, torn basil leaves, and a sprinkle of toasted pecans for crunch.
  6. 6Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly away from you to form a snug burrito-style wrap.
  7. 7If packing ahead, wrap each roll tightly in parchment or beeswax wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours; the cream cheese barrier keeps the tortilla from getting soggy.
  8. 8Just before eating, slice each wrap in half on a sharp diagonal so the colorful berry cross-section shows.
  9. 9Serve with extra berries on the side or a small container of leftover cream cheese dip for dunking.
  10. 10These stay picnic-perfect for lunchboxes, park benches, or desk meals and deliver juicy berry bursts in every portable bite.
