Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 12 full sheets graham crackers
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F and place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet on the stovetop over low heat for a minute to warm it.
- 2Add the butter to the skillet and swirl until melted and foamy, coating the bottom and sides so nothing sticks.
- 3Pour the chocolate chips into an even layer across the bottom of the skillet, then drizzle the cream over the top to help everything melt smoothly.
- 4Scatter the mini marshmallows in a generous single layer that completely covers the chocolate.
- 5Transfer the skillet to the hot oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed, golden-brown in spots, and the chocolate underneath is fully melted.
- 6Carefully remove the skillet (handle will be extremely hot) and immediately sprinkle flaky sea salt over the toasted marshmallows.
- 7Break the graham crackers into sturdy dippable rectangles and arrange them the skillet on a wooden board for easy grabbing.
- 8Serve the dip family-style straight from the skillet while still molten and gooey; instruct guests to scoop deep so every bite gets chocolate and marshmallow.
- 9If the dip starts to firm up, pop the skillet back in the warm oven for 2 minutes to loosen it again.
