Ingredients

  • 4 medium (8-inch) soft flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. 1Warm the tortillas one at a time in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15 to 20 seconds per side until pliable; stack and cover with a towel to keep soft.
  2. 2Spread a thin, even layer of creamy peanut butter across the entire surface of each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border.
  3. 3Dollop marshmallow fluff over the peanut butter and gently swirl with the back of a spoon so both spreads mingle without tearing the tortilla.
  4. 4Peel the bananas and place one half lengthwise near the edge of each tortilla; sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
  5. 5Scatter a few mini chocolate chips along the banana if desired for melty pockets.
  6. 6Starting from the banana edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a compact cylinder, tucking the sides in slightly as you go.
  7. 7Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a cutting board and let them rest 2 minutes so the fluff acts as edible glue.
  8. 8Slice each roll on the bias into 1-inch pinwheels or leave whole for hand-held eating.
  9. 9Arrange on a platter, drizzle lightly with honey, and serve at once while the banana is still firm and the spreads are gooey.
