Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 medium ripe peaches
  • 2 medium ripe nectarines
  • 2 medium ripe plums
  • 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1Choose a large wooden board or platter that can hold several bowls and scattered fruit for a build-your-own setup.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract and lemon zest until smooth and fragrant. Transfer to a wide serving bowl and drizzle lightly with some of the honey.
  3. 3Pit and slice the peaches, nectarines, and plums into thin wedges. Arrange them in loose, colorful piles across the board so guests can grab mixed stone fruit easily.
  4. 4Scatter the blueberries in small clusters between the stone-fruit piles for color contrast.
  5. 5Stack the basil leaves, roll, and thinly slice into ribbons. Sprinkle most of the basil over the fruit and reserve a few whole leaves for garnish.
  6. 6Place small bowls of granola, toasted coconut flakes, and chopped pistachios on the board so textures stay crisp until serving.
  7. 7Set out the remaining honey in a small pourable jar or bowl with a spoon.
  8. 8Invite everyone to build parfaits: start with a scoop of the lemony yogurt, add a generous handful of mixed stone fruit and blueberries, then finish with granola, coconut, pistachios, a basil sprinkle, and a final honey drizzle.
  9. 9Keep extra yogurt chilled nearby so the board can be refreshed if the gathering runs long. Serve immediately while the fruit is cool and the granola is crunchy.
  10. 10For easy cleanup and portion control, offer small jars or clear cups alongside the board so guests can assemble portable parfaits.
