Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups seedless red and green grapes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cool water and pat them completely dry with a clean towel.
  2. 2Halve the larger grapes so every bite is easy to eat; leave smaller ones whole for texture contrast.
  3. 3Spoon a generous layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of four clear glasses or jars.
  4. 4Drizzle a little honey over the yogurt layer and scatter a few grape halves on top.
  5. 5Add a thin layer of granola, then repeat the yogurt, honey, and grape layers until the glasses are nearly full.
  6. 6Finish each parfait with a final sprinkle of granola, toasted sliced almonds, and a light dusting of lemon zest.
  7. 7Tuck a fresh mint leaf into the top of each glass for color and aroma.
  8. 8Chill the assembled parfaits for 10 to 15 minutes so the flavors settle without softening the granola too much.
  9. 9Serve immediately with long spoons so guests can dig through every layer.
  10. 10For a weekend gathering, arrange the glasses on a wooden board alongside extra grapes and honey for self-serve topping.
