Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups red and green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup granola clusters
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds
  • 8 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1/8 tsp pinch of flaky salt

Instructions

  1. 1Stir the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until completely smooth and lightly sweetened.
  2. 2Rinse the grapes under cool water, pat them thoroughly dry, then slice each grape in half so they nestle easily in layers.
  3. 3Set out four clear cups or small glass jars so the colorful layers will show for a shareable brunch table.
  4. 4Spoon a generous base of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of each cup, smoothing it flat with the back of the spoon.
  5. 5Scatter a layer of halved grapes over the yogurt, pressing a few pieces gently into the surface.
  6. 6Sprinkle chia seeds and a portion of the granola clusters over the grapes for crunch and texture contrast.
  7. 7Repeat with another yogurt layer, more grapes, and the remaining granola until the cups are nearly full.
  8. 8Finish each parfait with a final scatter of toasted sunflower seeds and a light pinch of flaky salt.
  9. 9Tuck a fresh mint leaf on top of every cup just before serving for color and aroma.
  10. 10Chill the assembled cups up to 2 hours if making ahead, or serve immediately on a weekend breakfast board.
