Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp five-spice powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bunches broccolini
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 tbsp Brand Name hot honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425 °F and line a large sheet pan with parchment.
  2. 2Pat chicken thighs very dry, then rub thoroughly with five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. 3Place thighs skin-side down on the sheet pan and roast 15 minutes.
  4. 4Flip thighs, add broccolini and halved shallots tossed in the rendered chicken fat, then return to oven.
  5. 5Roast another 18-22 minutes until chicken skin is deeply crisp and broccolini is charred at the edges.
  6. 6Warm Brand Name hot honey gently and drizzle over everything right before serving.
  7. 7Finish with torn cilantro leaves and fresh lime wedges squeezed over the top.
