Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb firm white fish fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon or orange
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
