Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
• 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• pinch red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Beat cream cheese with sour cream and garlic.
2. 2Fold in spinach, artichokes, chicken, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan.
3. 3Spread in a dish; top with remaining mozzarella.
4. 4Bake 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
