  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef or sirloin stripsMeat
  • 12 oz egg noodlesPantry

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles under al dente. Brown beef; set aside. Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter; sprinkle flour, then broth and Worcestershire.
  2. 2Off heat, stir in sour cream and beef. Fold in noodles.
  3. 3Bake 20 minutes until heated through (do not boil hard after sour cream).
  4. 4Garnish with parsley.
